September Incident in Rangoon

This video shows an incident during the Burmese regime's crackdown on democracy demonstrations in late September 2007 in Rangoon. This took place in the vicinity of Sule Pagoda.

I took the useable scenes from the original video (available at Golden Colour Revolution: September Massacre) and tried to make the soldiers and their dirty work more visible with some video processing.

The originator of the raw video (at the above link) gives credit to "Peacock 88" and so I shall also give thanks to Peackock 88 for helping this incident come to light.

In August and September 2007 the people of Burma rose up to demand their freedom. This video is dedicated to them.

The clips are arranged, to the best of my ability, in chronological order.

Some brief notes: the man making silent appeal in front of the US mission in Rangoon (just past the 1 minute mark) is in the back of the truck that drives away; the highlight at 5:48 shows Kenji Nagai photographing the demonstration near Sule Pagoda just before his death.

If someone who dare to shoot to kill God, will not think twice to kill who so ever. The country's human society is being collapse; the value of multi races, respectful religions, historical images, ancestral culture, and the most valuable thing- spirits. How can so called government shamelessly standing over to oppress the peoples will. How can dignify governments all around the world easily to accept that bitterness, with tempted to compliances of military regime. Burma couldn't get any sign of peace, rights and justice for its own. Because of they are all alone. And there's no fair fight.
