NAKED FACTS
Women are not meat. Children are not slaves. People are not a commodity.

NAKED FACTS is the fifth anti-trafficking campaign which NGO ASTRA has conducted since the beginning of its work. The campaign seeks to remind both general public and government authorities that human trafficking problem is still present in our country, the fact often forgotten in a society increasingly tolerant to violence and human rights violation.

Campaign materials include two TV spots, three radio jingles, posters and leaflets, while 22 billboards were placed in towns throughout Serbia.

Slovak education system fails Romani children

Romani children in Slovakia are being denied the right to a proper education by a system that routinely discriminates against them.
Huge numbers of children are being segregated into Roma-only schools, while others are being placed in 'special' schools despite not having any mental or learning disabilities.
In some parts of eastern Slovakia, 100 per cent of schools are segregated. Romani children often receive a second-rate education and have a very limited chance of progressing beyond compulsory schooling. In 2006, only 3 per cent of Roma children reached secondary school.
