No media dare to publish such news under the strictly information control of the local government. I am employed you or your colleague to provide him with most kindly assistance and fair reports. The detailed issues are listed below.

Apr 7th 2007, we received the letter written by developers, shanghai qibai company. In the letter, the company presented the intention to acquire the Real Estate Property on No.533 HaiNingLu, of which we are the homeowner. They claimed that they have obtained the right to build a business center on that centuries-old site.
Jun 1st 20007, we have a conversation with the represents of the company, who offered us with another property or fund as exchange meanings. On the 14th of the same month, they modified their offer by acquiring the property using money as the only approach.
Jun 25th 2007, we rejected their offer formally as the owner of the property.
Aug 1st 2007, the City Council Office telephone called us and request for a conversation.
In the conversation on the Aug 5th 2007, Mr Jiang, a council officer said our property was illegal construction even though all paperwork are legally authorized by the city council in 1999.
On the 1st Oct 2007, without any formal agreement obtained, the company and city council budge our property rudely.
