Ratanakiri Province: Why young boy has beet hit by his brother
On 20th May 2009, an event happens along the road in front of an organization office in Ratanakiri Province, Cambodia. A young boy was hit by his older brother, mummy and his daddy. Because this young boy do not stay at home and left home for many days, do not go to school, he just stays outside with his friends and walk at night, playing games and take drug ( his mummy said). Older brother, mummy and daddy call this boy to come home but he disagree to come, he insults and curse to them so mummy said if you (young boy) do not go with us now I'll let your brother hits you and then his brother hits him immediately, attack him and take him back home. While happening, there are more then ten people around just stand and look at that event.
