Edita Burgos, the mother of Jonas Burgos, the activist who was abducted by suspected military agents two years ago allegedly on the orders of then Brig. Gen. Jovito Palparan, denounces Palparan's ascension to the Philippine House of Representatives. In a rally outside Congress, Burgos reiterated that Palparan was behind the abduction and disappearance of her son.
