In rural Kenya, women and girls lead a very difficult life. One of their many sufferings has to do with female genital mutilation. Sister Esther Mwaniki of the Incarnate Word in Barpello, Kenya and visiting researcher Anney Njaga, tell of the hardships for women in this area.
