In Hebron there are about 500 jewish settlers living in tiny settlements in the city of Hebron among around 250.000 Palestinians, whom they terrorize on a daily basis. There are around 4.000 soldiers to protect the settlers in the city. Usually its necessary to protect the palastinians from those settlers, but the army fails to do that.
