 <title>Doble Injusticia: Feminicidio y Tortura en Ciudad Juarez y Chihuahua</title>
 <link>http://hub.witness.org/es/node/4227</link>
 <description>&lt;p&gt;Desde 1993 más de 450 mujeres han sido violentamente asesinadas en Ciudad Juárez y Chihuahua en el norte de México. Este fenómeno, conocido como “feminicidio,” se ha convertido en uno de los más vergonzosos escándalos de derechos humanos en la historia reciente de México. La policía, bajo presión por su incapacidad para resolver estos crímenes, ha intentado calmar a la opinión pública inculpando a personas mediante tortura.  Sin embargo, los familiares de las víctimas y de los acusados, no creen que los verdaderos culpables estén presos. &lt;/p&gt;
