Co-produced by the Global Call to Action Against Poverty (GCAP) and Social Watch Philippines, this video tells the story of a trolley man in Sta. Mesa, Manila, as he struggles to send his child to school and have his pregnant wife be treated for tuberculosis. This is an urban face of poverty as the government fails to meet its targets in eradicating poverty.
