J.R. Fleming, of the Coalition to Protect Public Housing, speaks at a press conference in Chicago's City Hall. Fleming spoke about the city's public housing crisis and the lack of government accountability at the local level. The press conference was called to announce the release of a groundbreaking report to the U.N. regarding racial discrimination in Chicago and unequal opportunities in education, housing, health and public services such as transportation in the city - the result of a true "pattern of structural racism."
