The World Health Organization (WHO) says the cholera outbreak in Zimbabwe has reached unprecedented proportions.
More than 3,000 people have died and about 63,000 are infected by the water-borne disease.
Al Jazeera traveled to remote parts of the country and witnessed the extent of the epidemic.
Haru Mutasa reports.
