Relatives and friends of Jonas Burgos, the activist who was abducted by suspected military agents two years ago, hold a prayer rally in front of Camp Aguinaldo on Tuesday. To drown out their prayers and calls for the prosecution of former general Jovito Palparan, the military played loud -- and lewd -- music. It was a testament, they say, to how the Arroyo regime regards human rights in the Philippines.
