NOTE(9/29/09): For the record I think they're not really laughing maliciously but more of titillatingly screaming as if watching a horror movie. There is some laughing too but seems to me to be more like a laughing in the face of danger rather than at misfortune - don't forget the videographers are trapped too.
Footage from what I think are med students in University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center. I caught this on facebook and decided to share. I do not own this video though and I'm not sure who the original videographer is.
UPDATE AGAIN 9/29 - I just found out that the original facebook poster is named Camille Magno.
