A huge lorry bomb has exploded outside the Pearl Continental hotel in Peshawar, killing at least 15 people, including five UN aid workers.
No group has claimed responsibility for the attack, but many believe the Taliban, whose leaders have warned Pakistan to prepare for "major attacks", is behind the incident.
Al Jazeera's Kamal Hyder reports from the scene of the blast.
