REPORT

This is a report of UK government’s department herewith disclosed approach in circumstances in which attention and assistance is required. On the 9th May 2008 at 12.13am I did visit the Job Centre Plus in Fulham Waterford House and asked to be assisted with a Crisis Loan application due cause limited financial resources. Assistance was denied. Claim for Crisis Loan form SF401 “04/07” submitted on 17th March 2008 has not been processed. Claim for Job Seekers Allowance electronically submitted to the Job Centre Plus on 27th March 2008 is presently denied.
