MINORITY VOICES IN KENYA

Since the announcement of the Presidential election result on December 27th, 2007, some parts of the country have experienced the worst cases of ethnic-based violence witnessed since independence. The effects thereof have been devastating ranging from deaths, displacements, property destruction, among other human rights violations. The minority groups too have had their share of real experiences during these troubled times and are calling for immediate cessation of hostilities and maintenance of sustainable peace and security in our beloved country.
