We're going to screen SKID ROW on Sunday, August 24th at Harkins Theater in Denver the day before the Democratic National Convention starts. The National Coalition for the Homeless will have a Voter Registration Booth and we are looking to attract much national press to bring the homeless crisis to the forefront of the election campaign. There are many new stories emerging about middle-class homelessness and we belive that the crisis is worsening with each day the war drags on. There are now 12 parking lots in Santa Barbara, one of the wealthiest communites in the country, that are dedicated to homeless people sleeping in their cars. We are looking to screen this film at every opportunity we can get. It's a great tool for service organizations to use to get their message out. We have a great Activist Edition of the DVD at:
