This clip shows the Guinean Army firing indiscriminately on a crowd of civilians who were demonstrating their growing discontent with the increasingly autocratic ways of President Lansana Conté.

liberteguinee says: "La police et l'armée bissau-guinéenne ont massacré les manifestants pacifiques hostiles au régime du président Lansana Conté. Une vingtaine de morts ont été enregistrés durant la seule journée de lundi 12 février et plus de 100 depuis le début des manifestations sous l'égide des syndicats et de la société civile."

My translation: "The Guinea-Bissau [sic] police and army have massacred people protesting peacefully against the regime of President Lansana Conte. Around 20 deaths have been recorded on 12 February 2007 alone, and hundreds of deaths since the protests began under the aegis of the unions and civil society."
