Shakhid Baysayev from Chechnya was detained by Russian special police forces (OMON) in March 2000. This video was filmed by Russian soldiers themselves, later they sold the videotape to Baysayev's widow for 1,000 USD. This film was key evidence in the European Court of Human Rights, which April 5th, 2007, condemned Russia for the disappearance and death of this 61-year old Chechen man.
