Arrakis - Teaser #1

"We were just workers and ex-workers.
We are firmed citizens,
who survived an announced massacre,
which took place in many Italian factories.
A massacre that hasn’t reached the peak of its terrible death show yet.
There’s someone who will always have a guilty conscience."

About this documentary:
Abandoned factories’ views are the background of a voice changed by disease.
It’s Silvestro Capelli’s voice, an ex-worker in the Breda Fucine Factory in Sesto San Giovanni, Milan.
It’s the particular voice of a laryngectomized man.
In 1996 Silvestro had been operated to the larynx to eradicate a cancer caused by the amianthus inhaled during the years spent in the Breda factory.
Silvestro has been fighting a social and legal battle for many years, and he is not the only one.
On one side there are common citizens, while on the other side we find the institutions, the Inail, Trade-unions, managers and political parties.
