This film was planned and filmed by the members of the Tichezerane AIDS Support group, in Malawi, all of who live with the effects of AIDS each day. How do the members of this group continue to live with courage, hope, a positive outlook on life and at the same time welcome and share this support and energy with others? Watch this participatory video and be inspired.

The group was established by the members themselves with the support and advice of GOAL Malawi, and the group was assisted by the organisation Insight to make this participatory video.
