The Specialised Human Rights Institute (SHRI) is an advanced summer training programme for staff members of NGOs and inter-governmental organisations that have a human rights mandate. The SHRI 2008 will consists of two five-day intensive courses: Human Rights-Based Programming (11-15 August 2008) and Human Rights Monitoring (18-22 August 2008).
