Arab leaders are expected to issue a joint statement rejecting the International Criminal Court's arrest warrant for Omar al-Bashir, Sudan's president. The ICC accuses President Al-Bashir of genocide and since the warrant was issued Al Bashir has expelled 13 international aid agencies. That's making things tougher for the near five million people who rely on aid, following years of fighting between government forces and rebels. But Al-Bashir says his government will provide for them. Al Jazeeras Hashem Ahelbarra travelled to the town of Muhajiriya to see al-Bashir's aid efforts first hand.
