On December 10th we invited you to join us in a conversation about the 60th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR). We asked you to reflect on the role of images in human rights by answering one question: what image opened your eyes to human rights?

Your response has been truly amazing. We didn't know quite how this conversation would unfold but thanks to our friends at Boing Boing, YouTube, Global Voices, and many other networks, hundreds of discussions, comments, and video responses have popped up all across the web and from all over the world.

Now we want to thank you by highlighting some of your stories in this short compilation video.

To learn more about the images mentioned in these videos, follow these links:

* Adelaida Trujillo Caicedo, Colombian filmmaker

* Fackson Banda, South African professor

* Jane Ransom, International Women's Media Foundation

* Frank La Rue, UN Special Rapporteur for Freedom of Opinion & Expression
